At Liquidation Nation, we strive to provide the best value on every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the 'Order History' section to identify the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
